Joseph A. O'Rourke
Joseph is the Owner and President of O’Rourke Construction Co., Inc, a residential custom home building company with completed residences across the South Jersey area. He is also Managing Partner and Director of Safety and Health of Main Street Safety Solutions. He is a safety professional with 20+ years experience. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Drexel University, along with specialized training from New Jersey and Maryland Safety Councils. His vast construction work experience includes his role as a project engineer for US GEN, a Bechtel Construction and PG&E Partnership. There he worked on the design, construction and operation of industrial power generating facilities. Joe also has qualified OSHA training and extensive safety experience for industrial construction and general industry. He has specialized Construction Management expertise in addition to knowledgeable background in Material Science, Statics and Dynamics.

Rodrick-Josh D. Zapanta
Rodrick is the Operations Manager for Main Street Safety Solutions, and is an Assistant Project Manager for O’Rourke Construction Co., Inc. He is currently an honors student at Rutgers University, dual majoring in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Involved in project management, he actively works with architects and building owners in the design and construction of new residential homes, while maintaining a safe construction work environment with subcontractors. He is a Cadet Lieutenant Colonel in Civil Air Patrol, the US Air Force Auxiliary, where he serves as the Vice Chairman for the National Cadet Advisory Council, responsible for over 25,000+ cadets throughout the country.

Julie C. Thompson
Julie is the Office Manager for O’Rourke Construction Co., Inc. and Main Street Safety Solutions. Before joining O’Rourke Construction in 2003, she worked for The Sinclair Group, a commercial construction firm located in Tampa, FL, as an administrative assistant. Julie exhibits excellent customer service skills and assists with construction design, planning and coordination including completing and submitting municipal permit packages, construction bid packages and associated construction and administrative documents.
